We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a full-time, in-office role offering an exciting opportunity to grow your career in e-commerce support.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across various channels.

  • Manage orders and returns with precision to ensure smooth fulfillment.

  • Engage in live customer service chats to address customer queries.

  • Leverage technology for efficient service delivery, including data entry and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills in English for clear and professional communication.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Order Management: Process orders and returns accurately to ensure smooth fulfillment and maintain records of tracking numbers for efficient order monitoring.

Live Chat Support: Address customer queries through live chat platforms, resolve account-related concerns, and provide timely solutions.

Technology Utilization: Leverage computer operations, including data entry, to handle customer interactions and utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, to enhance service processes.

Communication: Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English for clear and professional communication.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to commute daily to the office.

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.

  • Previous experience in e-commerce or knowledge of eBay operations is a significant advantage.

  • Must bring your own laptop to the office daily.
