Apps Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on maximizing ROI and driving success through data-driven strategies. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing plans, utilizing analytics tools to track performance, managing the marketing budget, conducting market research, creating promotional materials, executing marketing campaigns across all channels, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our app's visibility and user engagement.
  2. Analytics and Performance Tracking: Use Firebase and other analytics tools to gather insights, track app performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the app industry.
  5. Promotional Materials: Oversee the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  6. Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across all channels and app store optimization (ASO).
  7. Google Ads Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve target ROAS and ROI.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the product team to understand user needs and develop marketing campaigns that address those needs.
  9. Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with other marketing teams to create integrated marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in IT, SE, or CS, or a relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.

This is a full-time position requiring the ability to commute or relocate.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
