Project Manager Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Research Executive to lead our projects and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a digital-enabled environment.

  • Operational Excellence: This role requires the ability to execute projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. As a Senior Research Executive, you will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, and budgets, as well as communicating with stakeholders and team members.
  • Skillset: Analytical / Report Writing and Presentation Skills: In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your analytical and report writing skills, creating insightful analysis and presenting findings to clients. You will also work closely with charting and tabulation teams to ensure accurate data presentation.
  • Productivity: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sub-team compliance on key initiatives and protocols. This includes attending training sessions, ensuring timely compliance, and maintaining process protocols throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Market Research experience: We are looking for candidates with 2-3 years of experience in market research, preferably with a university degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields.
  • Strong Analytical Mind: As a Senior Research Executive, you must have a strong analytical mind, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to visualize data effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential in this role, including strong English language skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
