Digital Media Specialist

This role requires a Sr Media Manager with Paid Social and Digital Experience to develop strategies, implement and execute paid media campaigns. The person must have fluency and experience in broader digital buying, planning and execution.
The Sr Media Manager would have an understanding of advanced optimization and analytical skills which would drive insights and guide clients' business decisions. They are responsible for overseeing and optimizing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients' success metrics while also supporting the team where needed with other projects.
Key responsibilities include day-to-day management of media campaigns, developing campaign strategies, and launching new ads from self-serve tools. Additionally, they must analyze complex issues and develop relevant plans, programs, tests and recommendations.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of overall business experience with a majority of experience in media. They must have expertise in Paid Social and operating in platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other emerging platforms. Experience in other digital advertising channels is a plus.
Responsibilities include data analysis and reporting to communicate campaign results, finding and next steps. The Sr Media Manager is expected to recommend new targeting based on knowledge of targeting capabilities and pixel benefits. They must understand creative/content and provide recommendations to ensure most effective audience to brand communication.
