  2. Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media channels, including images, videos, and graphics.
  3. Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding promptly to customer inquiries and comments.
  4. Analyze performance metrics using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.

Key requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of emerging social media trends and best practices.
  5. Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
