At Pacsquare Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our 24/7 Support Center team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing employees, and driving business growth. This role will collaborate closely with Operations and IT leaders to ensure seamless execution of production processes and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of specialists responsible for client communication in a 24 x 7 environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and overall client satisfaction.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through regular updates and feedback.
- Work closely with Operations leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct thorough investigations into production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Develop and deliver reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Provide expert-level guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
