**Overview of Role:**
This position requires an exceptional leader to oversee the academic management of Schools and Principals across the region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of School Action Plans to enhance Student Success Rate and improve fee collection efficiency.
- Mentor Area Administrators to excel in their roles and contribute to Academic Data Management.
Strengthening Partnerships:
- Foster close relationships with community members to promote collaboration and resource utilization.
- Nurture effective communication between Principals and Parents, including attending Parent-Student meetings when needed.
Principal Development:
- Drive improvement in Principal Quality through targeted coaching and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with RHR Managers to recruit high-caliber Principals.
- Support Principals through Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to ensure continuous growth and development.
Enhancing Teacher Capacity:
- Promote Teacher Quality through Training and Content Teachers (TCT) and Pedagogy initiatives.
- Partner with Principals to identify and appoint skilled local Teachers, particularly in under-resourced areas.
- Regularly observe classrooms and provide constructive feedback to Teachers.
School Revitalization:
- Develop customized intervention plans for struggling schools, ensuring sustained progress.
- Design and implement comprehensive area-wide strategies aligned with whole-school development goals.
Essential Qualities and Background:
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Native-level fluency in English and Urdu languages.
- Advanced computer literacy and expertise in MS Office applications.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education from a respected institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a principal.
