Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Operations Expert to join our growth marketing team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital marketing operations, including trafficking and administrative tasks such as purchase order creation for campaigns across programmatic display, paid social, digital direct, paid editorials, paid search, content syndication, affiliates, and lead buying channels.
  • Implement end-to-end campaign trafficking, from implementation to performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with growth channel leads and managers to deploy budgets effectively and contribute to digital investment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on advertising operations, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Proficiency in digital ad technologies, ad operations, campaign management, and tracking methodologies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively with team stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
