Senior Advertising Operations Specialist

We are seeking a senior advertising operations professional to assist with our advertising operations, including campaign execution and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Oversee campaign trafficking and administrative tasks including purchase order creation for digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Campaign Implementation: Execute end-to-end campaign execution, from planning, pacing, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deploy resources effectively and contribute to business strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on advertising operations, preferably in B2B environments. Experience with SaaS or enterprise software is beneficial.
  • Skills: Proficiency in digital ad technologies, campaign management, tracking methodologies, and strong analytical skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of working effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
