Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and results-driven Visa Manager to lead our team in the US visa consultancy industry.

This challenging role will involve overseeing sales, customer service, and visa processing while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Client Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve student enrollment and visa approval targets.
    • Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
    • Conduct client consultations, assess their needs, and provide tailored advice on study abroad options and visa requirements.
  • Operations Management:
    • Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Supervise and train staff, including visa consultants and support personnel.
    • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Visa Processing and Client Support:
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Provide timely updates to clients on their visa application status.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, universities, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Financial Performance:
    • Monitor revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or operations management.
  • Understanding of the student visa process and university admissions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
  • Problem-solving skills to resolve issues effectively.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Presentable personality and professional attitude.
