As a Manager in a student visa consultant company, you'll lead your branch's operations, overseeing sales, customer service, and visa processing, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achieving company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Client Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve student enrollment and visa approval targets.
    • Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
    • Conduct client consultations, assess their needs, and provide tailored advice on study abroad options and visa requirements.
  2. Operations Management:
    • Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
    • Supervise and train staff, including visa consultants and support personnel.
    • Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  3. Visa Processing and Client Support:
    • Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Provide timely updates to clients on their visa application status.
    • Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
  4. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, universities, and other stakeholders.
    • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
  5. Financial Performance:
    • Monitor branch revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years Proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or operations management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the student visa process and university admissions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
  • Presentable personality.
