Visa Manager for US Visa Consultancy

As a Manager in a student visa consultant company, you'll lead your branch's operations, overseeing sales, customer service, and visa processing, while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and achieving company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Acquisition:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve student enrollment and visa approval targets.
- Generate leads, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals.
- Conduct client consultations, assess their needs, and provide tailored advice on study abroad options and visa requirements.
- Operations Management:
- Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Supervise and train staff, including visa consultants and support personnel.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Visa Processing and Client Support:
- Oversee the preparation and submission of visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide timely updates to clients on their visa application status.
- Address client inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, universities, and other stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Financial Performance:
- Monitor branch revenue and expenses, ensuring profitability and adherence to budget.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years Proven experience in sales, customer service, and/or operations management.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the student visa process and university admissions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
