Commercial Development Specialist

We are Codeautomation, a company dedicated to innovation in the Software sector. We are seeking a skilled business development professional to drive commercial growth and build long-term relationships with clients.
About the Role
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Software sector.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to assess progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospects and clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements in collaboration with the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Qualifications
