Job Title: Administrative Professional
Company Overview:We are Interwood Mobel (Pvt) Ltd., a leading IT Services and IT Consulting company seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for executives.
- Manage and prioritize executive calendars, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
