Technical Sales Professional

Avanceon Middle East & South Asia is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales & Proposals Engineers who have a knack for research and are passionate about developing solutions to complex and challenging problems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating inquiries through client meetings and site visits, developing technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for turn-key solutions, analyzing RFQs to align with technical and commercial requirements, and leveraging experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems throughout the proposal process.
Key Responsibilities- Generate Inquiries: Meet with clients and conduct site visits to identify business opportunities and generate new inquiries.
- Develop Proposals: Create technically compliant and cost-effective proposals for turn-key solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
- Analyze RFQs: Review and analyze Request for Quotations (RFQs) to ensure alignment with technical and commercial requirements.
- Leverage Automation Experience: Utilize experience in automation and high-level SCADA systems to develop effective proposals and meet client needs.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proposal Development Experience: At least 6 years of experience in proposal development and management.
- Industrial Automation Experience: 6+ years of experience in industrial automation, power control, or related industries.
- Estimation Background: Estimation background in electrical, instrumentation, and process control entities.
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English.
- Customer Interaction: Excellent customer interaction and communication skills.
- Business Writing and Communications: Strong business writing and communications skills.
- Commercial Awareness: High level of commercial awareness and ability to make informed decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage stakeholder relationships tactfully and efficiently.
- Decision Making: Analyze and make informed decisions to achieve business targets.
