Tech Sales Professional

As a Tech Sales Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements and designing tailored IT solutions to meet their business needs. You will work closely with the sales team to prepare proposals, bids, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Proposal
  • Design Custom Solutions: Design custom solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Present Solutions: Present the designed solutions to customers and communicate effectively to ensure alignment with their needs.
Technical Support
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their IT environment and pain points.
  • Product Positioning: Position company products and services as solutions to their challenges.
Internal Collaboration
  • Post-Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with post-sales teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Pre-Sales Experience: Have 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, solution architect, or technical sales role, preferably in an IT firm.
Technical Skills:
  • IT Solutions Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of IT solutions, including networking, storage, cloud services, servers, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
  • OEM Experience: Have experience with OEMs like Cisco, HP, Dell, Lenovo, VMware, and Fortinet.
Soft Skills:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certifications (Preferred):
  • Vendor Certifications: Hold vendor certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, VCP, AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure, or similar.
