Executive Assistant to a Senior Leader

Administrative Support Role for a High-Level Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the calendar and schedule of the Group Director, ensuring timely meetings and appointments.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, faxes, and post, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organize and attend meetings, preparing the Group Director with necessary documents and information.
  • Screen and handle telephone calls, responding to enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
  • Produce high-quality documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with banking processes is highly desirable.

We seek an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our Group Director. This role plays a critical part in managing the Group Director's time, coordinating meetings, and handling day-to-day correspondence.
