We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as B2B Sales Executives. This is a client-facing role where you will be interacting with real estate agents and brokerages across North America, helping them discover and adopt the best lead generation platform in the market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with real estate agents and brokerages in the USA and Canada.
  • Schedule and conduct online meetings to pitch our platform.
  • Handle objections, provide tailored solutions, and close clients.
  • Sign clients up through our website and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships over time.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience and product value.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help evolve the platform and pitch strategy.

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the BPO/call center industry, OR
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales
  • You possess strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • You have excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • You are proficient in email communication and professional follow-ups.
  • You have confidence in live sales presentations and client interactions.
  • You are a quick learner with the ability to understand and pitch services in real-time.
  • CMS experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Bonus Benefits:
