About the Procurement Role

This senior procurement position offers a challenging opportunity to join our organization and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for designing, evaluating, and implementing effective procurement strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Develop contracting and procurement strategies to meet business needs, presenting results to management and providing recommendations.
  • Manage the RFP process, solution selection, and negotiations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Promote collaboration between stakeholders, including finance and procurement teams, to optimize value and ROI from proposed initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement, preferably with certifications such as C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coach others and share knowledge within the team.
