About The Role
As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you will provide strategy and direction to the team responsible for sourcing, contracting, managing, and evaluating suppliers and vendors. This role is part of the Procurement function, focused on sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials.

What You'll Do

  1. Develop and implement contracting and procurement strategies based on research; present reports and their impacts to management.
  2. Manage the RFP process, solution selection, negotiations, and supplier certification.
  3. Maintain contracts with local and regional service providers according to standards.
  4. Collaborate with Finance to assess value and ROI of initiatives.
  5. Participate in procurement projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and legislative requirements.
  6. Manage relationships with service providers and outsourced vendors.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for management regarding procurement solutions.
  8. Apply principles and techniques to accomplish complex tasks and innovate.
  9. Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
  10. Lead by example, fostering consensus and aligning with CBRE RISE values.
  11. Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within and outside the team.
  12. Work within broad guidelines and explain sensitive information clearly.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; certifications like C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. are a plus.
  • Strong judgment skills based on analyzing multiple sources.
  • Willingness to consider new perspectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a curious mindset.
  • Strong math skills for financial calculations.
