Job Requirements

Sales And Recoveries Manager Position

To succeed as a Sales And Recoveries Manager at Classic International, you must possess strong leadership skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities.

  • Lead the sales team by giving direction and meeting potential clients as needed.
  • Develop strategies to ensure growth in motorcycle spare parts sales turnover.
  • Prepare a credit management policy and implement it.
  • Manage collection process of defaulting accounts and establish relationships with collection agencies and lawyers.
  • Maintain an appropriate credit risk level.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely exchange of information.
  • Daily reporting to management.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales staff.
Responsibilities

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Achieving profitable results using available resources.
  • Managing the sales administration function, performance reporting, and streamlining processes.
  • Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  • Promoting the company's presence throughout Pakistan.
  • Developing an annual marketing plan detailing forecasts, costs, and sales promotion plans.
  • Responsible for planning, recruiting, organizing, and controlling sales representatives.
  • Monitoring the performance of the sales team through reports and communications.
  • Implementing a specific appraisal system and observing representative performance.
  • Providing ongoing training for sales representatives to present products accurately.
