Field Monitoring Specialist

This role involves working closely with our team to conduct field visits, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports. As a Monitoring Associate, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our programs.
Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities- Regularly visit project sites to monitor activities, gather data, and assess progress against program targets.
- Analyze and interpret data using various methods, including statistical analysis and data visualization techniques.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations for enhanced program implementation.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining your findings, highlighting successes and challenges.
- Support the development of reports for donors and stakeholders, ensuring that they are well-informed about program progress and achievements.
- Collaborate with program staff to address any monitoring-related challenges or concerns.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, report writing, and fieldwork, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective stakeholder engagement.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality programs that achieve meaningful public health outcomes.
