Job Title:

A highly skilled supervisor is sought to lead a team of housekeeping professionals. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and discipline staff effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with established protocols.
  • Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate projects and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
  • Prepare daily reports and provide on-the-job training to staff members.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and fumigation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently.
Working Conditions:
  • The selected candidate will be required to perform continuous rounds in assigned areas.
