**Financial Advisor Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial advisor to join our team. As a financial advisor, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-5 years of professional experience in client services, insurance, investments, or financial services.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning, including investment advice, insurance recommendations, and retirement planning. You will also help clients implement financial plans, create customized financial portfolios, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You should also be able to analyze complex financial data, identify opportunities for growth, and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Marketing: Identify and secure new clients to serve as trusted advisors for crucial financial decisions.
  • Discovery: Gather information about clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Case Development & Analysis: Analyze financial data and develop personalized financial plans.
  • Implementation: Help clients implement financial plans, including investment strategies and insurance recommendations.
  • Ongoing Service: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring they stay on track with their financial goals.
  • Embracing Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to share knowledge, best practices, and expertise.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or an alternate related analytical field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in client services, insurance, investments, financial services, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with financial planning is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is considered a plus.
  • Basic understanding of computer programs including Microsoft Office, financial planning software, Google Suite, CRM systems, and related programs is needed.
  • Superior communication, relationship building, and math skills to establish a strong foundation of customer service for all clients.
