Growth Specialist Job Description

Astra is building the future of compliance in Web3. We're looking for a Lead Generation & Growth Specialist who lives and breathes crypto, understands blockchain regulation, and can grow audiences, bring leads, and land media placements.

This isn't just a numbers game—we need someone who knows how to create hype, build presence, and get us noticed across social platforms, email outreach, and publications.

  • Drive audience growth across Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Instagram
  • Bring in targeted leads from Web3/DeFi companies, VC funds, and crypto communities
  • Pitch and secure features, interviews, or guest content in top publications and Web3 outlets
  • Build outreach campaigns for founders, journalists, and influencers
  • Run and optimize lead funnels using social media, cold outreach, and community platforms
  • Work with the design and content team to push high-impact growth content
  • Report growth metrics, lead flow, and outreach impact weekly

We're looking for a highly skilled individual with experience in lead generation and digital growth (Web3/Crypto preferred). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of crypto compliance, KYC/AML, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems.

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation and digital growth
  • Deep understanding of crypto compliance, KYC/AML, DeFi, and blockchain ecosystems
  • Hands-on with X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Telegram, and Web3 media outlets
  • Strong written communication skills for emails, DMs, and press outreach
  • Comfortable using tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Notion, Buffer/Hootsuite
  • Proactive, self-driven, and performance-focused
  • Existing network in the Web3 media, newsletter, or podcast world
