About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Boucle Homes, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to deliver outstanding design and furnishing experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for delivering personalized service, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, materials, and design trends.
  2. Provide expert advice on Boucle Homes' products, collections, and design services to clients.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to support clients in creating cohesive and stylish spaces.
  4. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  5. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom's aesthetic standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in interior design, home furnishings, or luxury goods.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
  3. Passion for interior design, home decor, and staying updated on industry trends.
  4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably within the interior design, home furnishings, or luxury goods industry.

Education: A degree or certification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Essential Skills:
  1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  2. Strong understanding of interior design principles, home decor trends, and product knowledge.
  3. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  4. Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
  5. Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
