Pharmacy Operations Manager

- Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, handling complaints efficiently and effectively.
The successful applicant will achieve sales targets by implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth.
Maintaining proper stock displays and adherence to FIFO procedures is crucial. New supplies must be correctly displayed in designated racks.
A key responsibility will be conducting random audits as per the agreed plan and performing cash handover, consumer items audit during shift change.
Another critical duty will be managing shift-wise cash closing and handover, ensuring timely deposits into banks.
We are looking for a skilled leader who can address underperforming staff through appropriate actions and coach, challenge, and support employees to achieve their best performance.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for highlighting top sellers and new collections prominently in-store, maintaining accurate data entry and verification of items before handing over to customers.
This role requires an individual with excellent organizational skills to manage stocking, dusting, and rack setup, supervise shift staff, promote teamwork, and maintain proper records of near expiry products as per SOP.
We expect the successful candidate to verify stocks received properly, handle returns (within 7 days) and enter data into the system, take responsibility for refunds and adjustments, train staff regarding job descriptions and counter efficiency, and cross-verify expiry dates.
Maintaining employee duty rosters, working on pharmacy layout and display, getting hands-on experience with company software, engaging in data sinking activities, and maintaining Schedule E and Schedule D documentation are essential tasks for this position.
