Account Management Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving cross-sell and renewal targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and identify opportunities to increase revenue and retain existing business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress within our CRM database.
  • Prioritize and manage a territory to achieve renewal and cross-sell targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate SaaS technology products and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a territory and deliver results in a SaaS or subscription-based sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to ask probing questions and offer consultative solutions that maximize client value.
  • Working knowledge of sales concepts, tools, and techniques, with experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
