We are seeking a Results-Driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Programmers Force. As a Results-Driven Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and driving revenue growth.
Job Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in B2B.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
- Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine and optimize lead generation tactics.
- Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
- Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets while continuously improving outreach techniques.
