Job Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting efforts.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine and optimize lead generation tactics.
  • Use CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
  • Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and company offerings.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets while continuously improving outreach techniques.
