Job Description

We specialize in React.js, MERN stack, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress), AI solutions, and automation tools. Our team builds custom web solutions, AI-powered applications, and business automation systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Our Goal:

  1. To secure new projects and generate leads through strategic outreach and partnership development.
  2. To craft compelling proposals and bid strategically on freelance platforms to win projects for our team.
  3. To communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
  4. To build and manage our online presence through social media and brand growth strategies.
  5. To serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  6. To stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to grow the business.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A proven track record of business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
  2. A strong understanding of freelance/job platforms and negotiation skills.
  3. Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  4. The ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  5. Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
