We are seeking a seasoned professional with proven expertise in implementing ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of business impact analysis, continuity planning, crisis management, and organizational resilience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain BCMS frameworks aligned with ISO 22301 standards.
  • Conduct thorough Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to assess critical business functions and dependencies.
  • Develop comprehensive business continuity plans (BCP), disaster recovery (DR) strategies, and response procedures.
  • Conduct BCMS risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure organizational resilience.
  • Support organizations during BCMS certification audits and regulatory assessments.
  • Provide training and awareness programs to clients on BCMS best practices and industry standards.
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of BCMS tools such as ServiceNow, Riskonnect, RecoveryPlanner, Everbridge, and other relevant solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • ISO 22301 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor certification is mandatory.
  • Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in BCMS consulting or related roles.
  • Practical experience in ISO 22301 implementation, BIA, DR planning, and BCMS assessments is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, NCA, and SAMA is required.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are necessary for success.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously is crucial.
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits related to BCMS is desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, report writing, and project management skills are essential for this role.
