Associate Professional in Business Continuity Management

We're looking for a highly motivated Associate Consultant to contribute to our team's success in implementing and managing Business Continuity Management Systems.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities- Review and implement ISO 22301-based Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and risk assessment exercises to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans, promoting operational resilience during disruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and conduct regular testing and simulation exercises for business continuity readiness.
- Support the development of BCMS policies, procedures, and compliance reports, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, Information Security, or Business Continuity.
- Desirable professional certifications like ISO 22301 Foundation.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in BCMS or IT governance-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 22301 business continuity planning, risk assessment, and resilience strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
This is a full-time position within the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
