We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support on various corporate and employment law matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Review of Contracts
  • Providing Regulatory Compliance Guidance and ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
  • Litigation and Dispute Management, representing the company in court when necessary.
  • Intellectual Property Management, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
  • Document Management and contract review, as well as strategic decision-making.
  • Employment and Labor Law Advice, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
  • Legal Counsel to Senior Management on a range of legal issues affecting the company.
  • Negotiation and Drafting of Agreements on behalf of the corporation.
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance, advising directors and officers on their rights and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in law from a reputable institution.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate setting, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong Knowledge of Corporate Law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Extensive Experience in Employment and Labor Law, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
  • Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
