We are seeking a seasoned Legal Advisor to provide expert guidance on various legal matters related to corporate and employment law. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing litigation and disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: Develop, review, and negotiate legally binding agreements, including employment contracts, vendor agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and ensure that our company complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Litigation and Dispute Resolution: Manage litigation and disputes, and represent the company in court when necessary.
  • Intellectual Property Management: Manage intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
  • Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts on behalf of the corporation.
  • Employment and Labor Law Expertise: Advise on employment and labor law matters, including employment contracts, workplace policies, termination procedures, and human rights issues.
  • Senior Management Advisory: Provide legal advice to senior management on a range of legal issues that may affect the company.
