Digital Marketing Strategist

Objective: Spearhead digital marketing initiatives that propel business expansion and lead generation.

This role entails conceptualizing, developing, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that yield tangible results.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance optimization, analyzing data, and staying current with the latest trends and technologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Media Buying Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel media buying strategies across TOF, MOF, and BOF campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze market trends, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the marketing lead to analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct thorough research on competitors' advertising strategies, funnels, bundles, and brand positioning to stay ahead in the market.
  • Campaign Development: Develop and execute campaigns based on customer insights gathered from surveys and market analysis.
  • KPIs and OKRs: Work with clients to set measurable KPIs and OKRs that align with team objectives and goals.
  • Budget Management: Monitor client advertising budgets to prevent overspending and ensure timely delivery of outputs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Skillset: Proficiency in Meta campaigns, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads, along with strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
