Site Leadership & Infrastructure Expert

We seek a skilled professional to lead our infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in site execution of infrastructure works, with a strong background in roads, utilities, sewerage, electrification, and building works.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation of engineering and infrastructure works at our Faisalabad site.
  • Supervise engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labor on-site daily.
  • Review and verify drawings, BOQs, and site layouts before implementation.
  • Ensure all work is executed in line with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • PEC Registration mandatory.
  • 10–12 years of experience in site execution of infrastructure projects with at least 3–5 years in a leadership capacity.
Skill Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in roads, utilities, sewerage, electrification, and building works.
  • Hands-on site management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Project/Primavera and MS Office.
Personal Qualities
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
