Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and managed services.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, security, and compliance of our technology infrastructure, enabling seamless operations and excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive successful departmental operations and organizational success through various initiatives and tasks
  2. Collaborate with team members to execute projects effectively, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  3. Conduct research and analysis to provide insightful recommendations and support decision-making processes
  4. Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and keep them informed about project progress
  5. Maintain and update documentation and reports for current and future reference
  6. Foster a creative and productive working environment through participation in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
  7. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains using best practices and innovative solutions
  8. Manage cloud infrastructure for seamless operations, scalability, cost efficiency, and robust security
  9. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics are met across all managed services and vendors
  10. Serve as the primary liaison with regulators and vendors for regulatory compliance and timely issue resolution
  11. Monitor infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures for high availability
  12. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align technology operations with business goals and support new deployments
  13. Oversee incident management processes for rapid resolution and minimal business impact
  14. Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation, including system configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting guides
  15. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for audits and compliance activities, ensuring timely closure of findings
