Job Title:

Operations Team Lead

Our company is seeking an experienced Operations Team Lead to join our team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and supervise a team of advisors to ensure an inclusive culture and high-performing environment.
  • Be a process champion, overseeing daily operations and ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to increase efficiency of the team.
  • Enhance individual and team performance by analyzing key data points.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards, conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in operations preferably in services industry, with a proven track record of managing larger teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior-level decision makers within organizations and successfully handle objections.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high knowledge and clear understanding of GDPR/Data protection and all aspects of handling and processing personal data.
  • Proven ability to manage larger teams and multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Flair for numbers and love to dive deep into data to find trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear messages and create positive, impactful experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
