Senior People Development Leader
">Main Responsibilities:
The Senior People Development Leader will be responsible for providing strategic business partner support to a function or geography within the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit. This role will also play a critical part in supporting the execution of key projects from the People and Culture Function Annual Business Plan.
Key Accountabilities:
This includes collaborating with the business leader in the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit to support the development and execution of strategies that engage employees in delivering the organization's vision. The successful candidate will assist in identifying trends, barriers, risks, and opportunities that may affect the business, and provide actionable insights to help drive success.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
The Senior People Development Leader will assist in the execution of key People and Culture initiatives outlined in the Annual Business Plan. This includes contributing to the development and delivery of effective communication plans, providing analytical support, and sharing relevant People and Culture data to inform decision-making and drive project success.
People Development Support:
The role will provide support and guidance to business leaders on leadership, team structure, managing change, and building skills within their teams. The successful candidate will help leaders make thoughtful decisions that align with both short-term needs and long-term goals.
Culture Promotion:
The Senior People Development Leader will support efforts to foster and reinforce company culture by encouraging behaviors that align with organizational values. They will assist in implementing tools and initiatives that help integrate cultural values into employees' daily activities and interactions.
Change Management:
They will work with leaders to support change initiatives by discussing challenges, exploring solutions, and identifying risks. They will help implement change plans and ensure teams are prepared for transitions, while tracking progress and outcomes using clear metrics.
Global Collaboration:
The role will connect closely with local, regional, and global P&C peers on talent, development, Total Rewards, and other relevant areas as needed to support and provide further insights into P&C projects and programs.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree and above
Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR, Consulting, Organizational Development, and Talent Management within a multinational company.
Demonstrated Ability: Demonstrated ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholders in a matrix and multicultural environment.
