About the Opportunity:

The role of Associate Director involves leading a high-performance team in Pakistan to drive strategic direction and leadership in the country.

This requires a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of the market, able to achieve and deliver new student enrollment objectives for the management of agents across all products while creating a high-value collaboration with the partner network.

  • Sales Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a sales team
  • Develop and execute sales account plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and agents
  • Work alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment
  • Manage a partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customer satisfaction
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to partners
  • Support the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater market awareness and analysis
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Align the team with the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategy
  • Drive a coaching culture and promote the organization's branding and customer value proposition

About You:

  • You must have industry experience
  • You should be fluent in English
  • You need proven experience in managing sales teams and delivering against targets
  • You should have B2B, Channel Sales or Partner Agent experience
  • B2C experience is desirable
  • You require excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • You should have experience with CRM tools
  • Strategic account management is essential
  • Consultative selling methodology is required
  • Data analysis is necessary
  • Social selling e.g., LinkedIn or other digital platforms is beneficial
