Service Ambassador

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Service Ambassador. As a Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience. Your duties will include accurately processing payments, assisting with food preparation, and staying knowledgeable about menu items and daily specials.
This is a full-time on-site role located in Peshawar. We are looking for someone with strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in food & beverage service and food service techniques, basic cooking skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a high school diploma or equivalent. We offer a range of benefits including paid leaves, on-duty meals, accommodation, and minor medical services.
