
Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve new customer acquisition sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for prepaid and postpaid.
- Manage stock levels and optimize inventory.
- Lead and motivate TSOs, CPOs to achieve their targets and conduct market visits.
- Oversee franchise management, including receivables through regular visits.
- Ensure overall target achievement and monitor market trends.
- Develop strong working knowledge of the agriculture industry and apply analytical skills.
- Maintain excellent communication and management skills.
- Build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Create monthly tour plans for yourself and your team, obtain approval from immediate supervisors.
- Update tour plans weekly, consulting with immediate supervisors.
- Visit customers and markets according to approved tour plans.
- Submit detailed market tour reports, including competition activities in designated areas, after each visit.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with existing franchisees in designated areas.
- Develop new potential franchisees within designated areas, adhering to company policies.
- Analyze stock movement for individual franchisees, prepare ideal item mixes based on location and stock movement, and counsel franchisees to improve sales and profitability.
- Inform franchisees of their performance against given targets and motivate them for improved results.
- Mentor franchisees and staff on effective selling techniques and educate them about product qualities and distinctions.
- Penetrate markets in designated regions to secure additional sales while enhancing overall effectiveness.
- E nsure franchisees adhere to company policies; inform supervisors immediately if policies are violated.
- Closely monitor competitors' activities in the market and keep supervisors informed of new developments.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with franchisees in designated areas and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide daily activity reports to immediate supervisors.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management related to sales and marketing.
