About Your Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a University Degree or College Diploma, preferably with 2 years' experience in an Administrative Assistant role within a Finance environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook at an intermediate level is essential. Proven ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment is also required.
Strong oral and written business communication skills are necessary, as well as a high degree of professionalism and ability to deal effectively with all levels in the organization. Superior organizational and time management skills are also crucial.
