As a seasoned leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the launch, delivery, and growth of our prestigious Acumen Academy Program in Pakistan.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual with extensive experience in education, training, fellowships, and leadership development to lead this critical initiative.

  • Manage the Fellowship Outreach, Selection, and Delivery:
    • Diligently design and execute Fellows' outreach and recruitment strategies to ensure optimal participation.
    • Oversight of recruitment and selection for the Pakistan Fellowship, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance the selection process.
    • Facilitate engaging seminars that foster reflection and absorption of content among participants.
    • Strategically oversee program operations, including budgeting, logistics, and coordination, to cultivate a robust facilitator bench.
  • Accompany The Pakistan Foundry:
    • In partnership with the Foundry Lead and the Global team, define the PK Foundry strategy and oversee its execution to drive impactful results.
    • Develop and roll out programs and initiatives that connect and support the Foundry, such as coaching/mentoring, community gatherings, local and global exposure, accessing capital, and sharing best practices.
    • Support the global team in identifying and accompanying Foundry members for various internal and external opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the global team to measure the impact of Foundry in Pakistan and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Build Pakistan Acumen Academy:
    • Cultivate strategic partnerships and secure funding support for the Pakistan Acumen Academy.
    • Spearhead engagement of partners/prospects locally by managing grant reporting calendars, drafting reports for funders, writing quarterly partner updates, creating presentations for pitches to prospective funders.
    • Nurture and manage key program relationships.
    • Promote and reinforce the Acumen Academy brand in Pakistan in collaboration with the global communications team.
    • Establish new funding relationships for flagship programs as well as any new initiatives.
    • Establish a strong community of supporters and advisors who can provide ongoing support for Leadership work in Pakistan.
    • Lead and manage 2-4 team members.

Key Qualifications and Skills include: At least 10 years of experience in education, training, fellowships, and/or leadership development; entrepreneurship; group facilitation and adult learning; coaching skills; fundraising experience; ability to manage stakeholders and build relationships; strong operations track record; detail-oriented; ability to prioritize effectively and work efficiently against tight deadlines; familiarity with social enterprise and poverty alleviation preferred.
