About the Job

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a senior project manager, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely completion, and achieving desired results.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategic plans, and execute initiatives that drive business growth. Your expertise in project management methodologies, including PMO principles, will enable you to deliver high-quality results while meeting organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to influence business leaders. You will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and driving demonstrable improvements in Key Process Indicators (KPIs).


Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategic plans and measurable objectives for programs and projects
  • Demonstrate significant improvement in KPIs vs. baseline measurements
  • Ensure timely completion of project initiatives and manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Provide regular status reports depicting service engagements, resource utilization, project status, risks, issue mitigation, and portfolio status

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • PMP, ITIL, or equivalent certification required
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, process engineering, or strategy within a technology or operations environment
  • Leadership experience managing a portfolio of programs, multiple projects, and teams
