International Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an International Lead Generation Specialist. This role requires strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing and be proficient in CRM software and call center tools. They will also possess strong time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Generate leads through outbound calls to customers worldwide.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone.
- Identify and resolve technical issues proactively.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing.
- Proficiency in CRM software and call center tools.
- Time management and organizational skills.
