Job Description:

Nexarce is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Bark, and other platforms. If you have a knack for building connections, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting: Identify potential clients through freelance platforms and social media channels.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Engage with prospects via emails, messages, and calls to generate interest in our services.
  • Social Media Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Bark to attract and connect with potential leads.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to convert prospects into clients.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Lead Generation Expertise: Experience in finding and engaging potential clients via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Bark.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English skills to engage clients professionally.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Ability to build trust, understand client needs, and close deals.
  • Proposal Writing: Excellent writing skills to craft personalized and persuasive proposals.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of IT services, web development, and digital solutions is a plus.
  • Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Passionate about achieving goals and driving business growth.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: PKR 30,000 - 50,000 based on experience.
