Expert UI/UX Designer Wanted

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to lead our product and design team. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the intersection of creativity and usability, driving the design of seamless and engaging user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products.
  • Develop wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes that meet business goals and user needs.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to enhance product usability and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure designs meet business objectives.
  • Maintain scalable design systems that promote consistency across multiple brands and platforms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in UI/UX, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX, preferably in a tech or product-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools like Balsamiq, Invision, or Framer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UI/UX projects and work across multiple mediums.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and information architecture principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
