Job Summary

The role of Scaffolding Operations Manager is a critical position that oversees and manages scaffolding operations in high-risk industrial environments.

This position ensures compliance with safety protocols and project efficiency within the Oil & Gas, construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all scaffolding activities on-site to ensure safety compliance and meet project deadlines.

Perform scaffolding inspections and maintain high safety standards.

Train, mentor and supervise the scaffolding team to ensure compliance.

Optimize resource management and collaborate with engineers and project managers.

Ensure scaffolding structures are secure, safe and efficient.

Responsibilities include leading and managing scaffolding teams, performing site inspections, training staff, and optimizing resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

Graduation / DAE degree from a recognized institution.

Minimum 10 years of experience in scaffolding operations, with at least 5 years in a leading role.

Strong expertise in Oil & Gas, construction or industrial sectors.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
