Leadership Role in Financial Management

The position of a Financial Controller involves overseeing financial operations and client-facing accounting processes.

  • Lead the full month-end close process across multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client financial queries; handle complex questions directly and professionally with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor key financial metrics to support strategic decision-making.

In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and a solid background in managing international accounts. They will also be responsible for mentoring and managing the bookkeeping team, reviewing their work for accuracy and compliance, and resolving team conflicts.

Requirements:
  • Hold a relevant qualification such as ACCA or a degree in Accounting.
  • Have at least 4 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in an international or client-based firm.
  • Have demonstrated experience as a Financial Controller or CFO in a client-facing or outsourced accounting environment.
