Senior Financial Strategist

Key to the success of any organization is a solid financial foundation. As Chief Financial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the administrative, financial and risk management operations of our business.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop a financial and operational strategy that aligns with our organizational goals. This involves creating metrics tied to the strategy and ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
- Formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans
- Developing financial and tax strategies
- Managing the capital request and budgeting processes
- Developing performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a CA or CFA accounting or business administration degree, or equivalent business experience. A minimum of 10+ years of progressively responsible experience for a major company or division of a large corporation is also required.
You should also have excellent partnering skills with an executive team and strong written and oral communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates with a CA in Finance and the Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations.
